Torquing on a Cylinder Head

Chevy 305 Cylinder heads?
I have a 1983 Chevy Caprice 9C1 350 4bbl. I have access to a set of 1982 305-HO heads with 1.84 intake/1.50 exhaust valves, 58cc chambers. Casting # 14014416. Would these be better than the stock 76cc 1,94/1.50 heads because of increased compression? (The engine won't be revved more than 6000rpm) What are your thoughts?
INCREASING THE VALVE WILL NOT HELP MUCH. THE 305 HEADS DO NOT FLOW AS WELL AS THE STOCK 350 HEADS (EVEN AFTER YOU PORT AND POLISH THEM), SO EVEN THOUGHT YOU ARE INCREASING THE COMPRESSION RATIO, YOU WILL NOT SEE A DRASTIC POWER INCREASE. YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR YOUR GAS ALSO (PREMIUM PROBABLY) DO TO THE HIGHER COMPRESSION RATIO.
YOU WOULD BE MUCH BETTER OFF POWERWISE SHAVING YOUR STOCK .030 (OR WHATEVER THE MAX IS WITHOUT HAVING TO DECK THE BLOCK, MAY ONLY BE .025), PORT AND POLISHING THEM, AND REINSTALLING THEM.
