What would cause a connecting rod to break and then go flying out of the pan of a 2003 Ford E-250?
Please note, the heads were recently rebuilt. Oh and it's a rebuilt block with like $70K on it.
I'm willing to bet that the bearing seized. What would cause that to happen?
